as we said on here, yesterday there was a live hangout between the Nerds Overview, O Jack Explainer and Conclave Publishing.
In the program we talk about the tournaments of midgard that are happening across the country, about crowdfunding the Nosferatu (which has already exceeded 60% of the initial goal), from the RPG Chronicles (our new RPG system, which will be released by the end of 2014), from Belregard RPG and about our new release: dominion!
If you don't know, Dominion is a game of deck building, that is, a card game in which each player builds his deck during the game, and plays with it. Dominion was launched in 2008 and received a large number of awards, including the Game of the Year in 2009 and the best game deckbuilding elected by boardgamegeek. The game has already been translated into several languages, including Chinese, Russian and Greek. Now, finally, one of the most famous and celebrated card games in the world arrives in Brazil!
In dominion each player is a land lord looking to expand his domains, represented in the game by Victory Point (VP) cards. These cards have no function in the game, other than providing the Victory Points needed for the player to win the game. The big question for the player is to achieve the balance between a well-built and functional deck and with an amount of VPs that gives him victory in the end. It's a dynamic game, easy to learn and with impressive replayability, mainly because of the many and varied set-up possibilities.
Stay tuned to our website, as we will have a lot of news about Dominion, with game tips, gameplays and much more!
If you haven't seen it, watch it now here:
And remember: IT'S ALL DOMINATED!
