Many people asked us how the ranking national of midgard. So, for the avoidance of doubt, here is a quick explanation of the creator of the ranking system, Cussa Miter:
When a match ends, players are given a certain amount of Glory points: 40 to the 1st, 32 to the 2nd, 24 to the 3rd, 16 to the 4th, 8 to the 5th and 4 to the 6th.
For each match played, the player earns 1 more Glory point.
For each championship won, the winner earns 1 more Glory point.
The Ranking is the average of the scores according to the position in the matches added to the points of Glory for matches played plus the points gained for the championship won.
An example:
A player played 3 matches in the Juiz de Fora championship.
Finished two in 1st place and one in 2nd, which gives 37.33 Glory points.
Add +3 points for 3 matches + 1 point for winning the championship.
Which gives him a total of 41.33 Glory points.Another example:
THE Danilo Fernandes, currently ranked first, had the following results:
He played a total of 5 matches so far, having finished four matches in 1st place and one in 2nd, which gives 38.40.
Add +5 points for matches + 1 point for winning the São Paulo championship.
Which gives him a total of 44.40 Glory points.
The idea of the ranking is also to value the players who participate in more championships and play more matches.
But of course, the most important thing about the ranking is to bring together the Midgard players and maintain an organization for the events… And, of course, make the players fight each other more vigorously!
Strong hug,
