- Contact us: both in our store and on our website we have the link “Contact Us”. Just click there, write your message and send. The system will send a message to our Customer Service and you will be answered within a maximum period of 48 working hours.
- Email: Or, you can send a direct message to email sac@conclaveweb.com.br. This allows you to attach files as you wish and make a more complete message. The response time is the same: 48 business hours.
- Facebook: of course, if you are part of this social network, you can also contact us through our page (www.facebook.com/conclaveeditora), sending a message directly in the page's messages field. On facebook, we respond within the same timeframe. But stay tuned, we only respond on facebook to requests on our page, we don't respond to requests in other groups or pages...
Conclave responds to ALL contacts. We don't leave anyone unanswered and we will certainly solve any problem that is within our power and is our responsibility to solve.
