Unfortunately, as you may know, big and important games like Brass cannot be produced for distribution in a single country. They enter into a co-production and are manufactured for various partners around the world. As a result, some delays may occur.
Therefore, without further delay, we would like to inform you that last week we received an official communiqué from the Roxley (Brass owner) that there will be a slight delay in the delivery of games – Brass Lancashire and Brass Birmingham.
THE new deadline set by Roxley is end of August. We are attentive to the end of this production and we have already requested that the shipment of Brazilian games takes place in priority (since our transport takes the longest).
UPDATE (12/08/2019): Unfortunately, we received an update from the factory. The games were ready on time, but as you know, Honk Kong is going through a period of intense strikes and demonstrations. Such strikes include blockades at ports, which affected the loading of several ships. The games have already been loaded on the ship that will bring them, but we will not be able to meet the last deadline set, which would be the end of August. The new deadline for the arrival of the games is end of september. This time, if all goes well, no more problems and delays.
For now, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and point out that this delay is not due to the Conclave, but to the worldwide production of the game (in other countries the deadline is set at the end of September). In our last pre-sales in the last few years we didn't have any delay, on the contrary, the games always arrived early. We appreciate that and we want to continue doing so always.
We count on your understanding.
