Since ancient times, the mines of Runedar have provided a supply of gold for generations of dwarves. Nowadays, only a handful of them remain, guarding the fortress that surrounds the entrance to the old and depleted mine... at least that's what was thought. This group of dwarfs was incredibly lucky to accidentally come across a new vein of the purest gold and now they work to extract this small fortune.

Unfortunately, the joy and celebrations did not last as long. A few careless dwarves let this secret slip and just when they were ready to head for the safety of the nearest stronghold, they discovered that Runedar's stronghold was surrounded by Orcs willing to do anything to get their hands on the precious metal.
