At first glance the Knights of Winterfell are well known for their skilled horsemanship. While Stark Scouts avoid heavier armor like other mount units, what they lose in durability they make up for very well in maneuverability and speed. In order not to become entangled in enemy units, they can quickly distance themselves from their enemies, ready to attack again from the flank.

The Stark Scout box initially gives Stark commanders a cavalry unit for their forces. In this way, the swift steeds can easily roam the battlefield. As soon as they enter combat, after making a melee attack, they can take a free Retreat action, ensuring that their opponents are left without a chance to counterattack.
