Conclave excels in the quality of its products. All our games have an international quality standard, and in some of the licensed games, we have a higher level than their original editions. We are always concerned with the final product that will reach the hands of players from all over Brazil and we seek to closely monitor the production of our games.

But failures can happen...

As you know, board games are delicate products. Often a game goes through so many stages of production and through so many different factories that there is indeed the possibility of failure. Think that a game that has components made of wood, plastic, dice, pieces of paper of different types, applications and different treatments, both in the paper material and in the others, must be produced by specialized companies in several branches, each one performing what it wants. it's up to your set. Add to that air, sea and land transport (and then land again)… that is, a lot of variables.

But then, how to proceed if there are failures? As we said, we strive for quality and we want everyone who believes in the Conclave's work to have a perfect game. So the solution is simple. Your game has a problem, contact:

We comply with ALL requests. We ask for a minimum period of 48 working hours to respond to your questions, as our team is small. Also, some components, especially those from newer games, take longer to replace, as we have just received the games and the replacement components have not yet been processed. The important thing is to point out that we serve EVERYONE, without exception!
