While Stark Scouts avoid heavier armor like other mount units, what they lose in durability they make up for very well in maneuverability and speed. In order not to become entangled in enemy units, they can quickly distance themselves from their enemies, ready to attack again from the flank.

The more they fight, the stronger they get.

At first some men just enjoy confrontation. They want to jump into the fray, attack an enemy, seeing them beaten. As the battle continues, they get more and more frantic. From one point of view, your wounds are unimportant, and in fact, lead to even more bloodlust. Anyway this is the case of the Umber Berserkers. Once combat begins, it only ends when they or their enemies are no longer moving.

In combat, hitting an enemy without them being able to counterattack is a powerful skill. Hence, this is the role of Crannogman's Trackers, a unit to choose for commanders of the Free Peoples. They are lightly armed and equipped, but that allows them to be quite fast and silent. That way when they are together with Guardian Crannogman, they become even more deadly, giving them an instructing hand indicating their next target.
