Nor do they take prisoners. Likewise, those who try to escape have to be fast enough to avoid being shot in the back and cut. Finally, their cruelty is very well known by their enemies and this fame is spread throughout the ranks of the troops, sowing fear and discord. Thus, no one wants to be the one who has to fight them on the battlefield.

The Mountain's Men box initially gives Lannister commanders a new unit to add to their ranks. Their reputation alone can cause damage to enemy forces. As well as the power of their greatsword strikes meaning they can potentially score two hits on every roll, the vicious nature of their attack can send all but the strongest enemies running.
